Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, though a one-time rescheduling is permitted. No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund. The Custom Monthly Package is subject to the refund terms defined in the signed agreement with each client.
Due to its digital, instantly downloadable nature, refunds are not available once the file has been downloaded. If a technical issue prevents you from downloading your purchase, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
